1) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by the Services. It does not cover third-party websites, services, or platforms that may be linked to or integrated with the Services (if any), which are governed by their own policies.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: (A) information you provide, (B) information we collect automatically, and (C) information we collect when you enable optional features (such as location).

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, username, and email address.
  • Customer support: the content of messages or attachments you send to us (e.g., questions, feedback, issue reports).
  • Other information you choose to provide: any additional information you submit through the Services.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, language, time zone, and other device identifiers or settings.
  • Usage data and analytics: interactions with the Services, features used, approximate timestamps, and performance data.
  • Crash logs: diagnostic information relating to application crashes and errors.

2.3 Location Information (Only With Your Permission)

If you choose to enable location-based features, we may collect location information, which may be precise or approximate depending on your device settings and permissions. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

2.4 Cookies, Web Beacons, and Similar Technologies

If the Services include web-based components (for example, a web view or a companion website), we may use cookies (and similar technologies such as local storage) to support login, remember preferences, and improve usability. We may also use web beacons or similar tracking technologies in connection with these web-based components.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may limit certain features such as login or preference saving.

2.5 Photos and Face-Related Information

Ession may allow you to select or upload photos or images to organize accessories or to generate content within the App. We do not perform face recognition and we do not use biometric identifiers for identification.

  • No biometric identification: we do not create or store biometric templates for identification.
  • One-time processing and deletion: if processing is needed, content is used only to provide the requested feature and deleted after processing is completed.
  • Default storage: content you create or organize is intended to be stored locally on your device by default, unless you choose features that require upload or synchronization.
  • No training/marketing: we do not use your photos or content to train models, and we do not use it for marketing.

3) Optional Uploads for Automated Processing (User-Controlled)

Some features may allow you to upload text or images for automated processing on Ession Team servers to generate or enhance content for you (for example, organizing, labeling, or creating outputs requested by you).

  • Your choice: uploading content is optional. You control whether to upload and whether to generate outputs.
  • Our servers only: uploaded content is processed on servers controlled by Ession Team.
  • No third-party sharing: we do not share uploaded content with any third party for this processing.
  • Deletion after processing: uploaded content is deleted promptly after processing is completed (unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or troubleshooting as described in this policy).

4) How We Use Information
